Best bets for Saturday, November 7, 2026
Saturday's college football board leans hard on underdogs. Seven of our top 10 picks are teams to win outright at plus money, and all ten come from college games running from noon to a 9:30 PM ET kickoff. Every pick below is backed by at least 834 look-alike past games, blended with the market price, and listed at the best price we found across up to 11 sportsbooks. Each expected profit is a long-run average per $100 after the sportsbook's cut. Any single Saturday can go either way.
UTEP over Hawaii, +280 at Caesars
Our top pick is UTEP to beat Hawaii at home, with the 9:30 PM ET kickoff closing out the slate. At +280 at Caesars, a $100 bet that wins pays $280 in profit. The model puts this at +$8.07 per $100 on average, based on 855 look-alike games. The case is about the price. Home underdogs at a similar line and rest have won a bit more often than odds this long suggest, so the market may be giving the visitors a little too much credit.
UConn over North Carolina, +230 at BetRivers
UConn hosts North Carolina at noon ET, and BetRivers has the Huskies at +230. The model's estimate is +$5.83 per $100, drawn from 834 look-alike games. The setup is similar to the UTEP pick: a home team getting long odds. Teams in this spot have won often enough that we think the price is a touch too generous. That said, at +230 UConn is still expected to lose more often than it wins.
NC State over Duke, +165 at MyBookie.ag
The third pick is an in-state ACC game, with NC State hosting Duke at 12:30 PM ET. MyBookie.ag has the Wolfpack at +165. This pick has the deepest sample of our top three, at 1,141 look-alike games, and the model's estimate is +$5.50 per $100. The odds are shorter here, so NC State is a more modest underdog. The model thinks the home side's chances are a bit better than the betting market does.
The rest of the board
Further down, Oregon to win on the road at OSU is +265 at BetRivers (+$4.49, 1,148 games). Missouri State shows up twice against FIU: +4.5 at +102 on LowVig.ag (+$3.84) and to win outright at +177 on BetOnline.ag (+$2.91), both from 1,507 look-alike games. Those two bets are tied to the same result, so they aren't really separate edges. The only total on the list is Louisiana Tech at Troy over 47.5 points at -105 on FanDuel (+$3.81, 1,613 games). Ole Miss hosting Georgia at +155 on BetOnline.ag (+$3.51), Boston College hosting Florida State at +205 on Bovada (+$3.19) and Charlotte at UAB at +310 on BetRivers (+$3.08) round out the ten. Most of these edges are a few dollars per $100, which only shows up over many bets. Long-shot underdogs will lose plenty of Saturdays even when the price is right.
