Best bets for Monday, November 2, 2026

The Monday board is mostly about one game. Eight of our top 10 picks come from Bears at Seahawks on Monday Night Football at 8:15 PM ET. Two NHL games fill out the rest. There's real news around the main game. On the team's own site, Larry Mayer wrote that the game is expected to feature the Bears' debut of All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, who just came over in a trade with the Titans. The Yakima Herald pointed out that the Seahawks play their third straight primetime game Monday. Field Gulls noted that Seattle has a new trade arrival of its own, Quenton Nelson.

Cooper Kupp over 28.5 receiving yards

The top pick is Cooper Kupp to catch for more than 28.5 yards, at -114 on DraftKings. Our model expects a profit of $5.49 per $100 over the long run. It's based on 359 look-alike games. This number is set low enough that one or two ordinary catches could clear it. Our look-alike games say that happens a little more often than the price suggests. Remember that this is an average over many bets, and any single game can go either way.

Avalanche at Blackhawks over 6.5 goals

The second pick is hockey. It's the over 6.5 total goals in Colorado at Chicago, paying +115 at Fanatics, which means a $100 bet wins $115. Expected profit is $4.10 per $100, and it has our deepest sample with 3,683 look-alike games. The bet doesn't need you to believe the over is more likely than not. At plus money, it only has to hit a bit more often than the odds imply.

Emanuel Wilson over 18.5 rushing yards

Third is Emanuel Wilson to run for more than 18.5 yards, at -108 on DraftKings. That's worth $2.18 per $100, based on 336 look-alike games. A low line means a handful of carries could get it done. There's a risk worth knowing about, though. Field Gulls wrote that Jadarian Price and Zach Charbonnet will potentially be making their returns. A crowded backfield could cut into those carries.

The rest of the list

Kupp shows up again at over 2.5 receptions, -129 on BetRivers, for $2.17 across 385 look-alike games. Tory Horton under 1.5 receptions pays +140 at FanDuel, worth $1.68 across 572 games. Detroit to win at Florida pays +149 at LowVig.ag, worth $1.35 across 2,736 games. AJ Barner under 28.5 receiving yards (-111, BetOnline.ag) and D'Andre Swift under 61.5 rushing yards (-114, FanDuel) each come in near $1 per $100. Chicago to win outright at +150 on BetMGM is barely positive at $0.28 across 1,475 games. Rome Odunze over 38.5 receiving yards at -114 on FanDuel made the list, but our own numbers put it at an expected loss of $2.25 per $100. You should treat it as a pass, not a bet. The further down this list you go, the smaller the edge gets, and it's well within the range where one night's results are mostly luck.
